Reception Hours

Reception is open from 8.30am to 6pm all year round except closed Christmas Day (hours over Winter may vary). After hours contact number 0487 706 698

Check in/ Check Out

Check in is from 2.30 pm to 6pm – late arrivals to notify Reception. Check out is before 10am.

Cancellations

Standard Rate

Cancellations or changes may be made up to the day prior your arrival. Cancellations made after that time will be charged the full amount of your stay.
Peak Season – (17 December-30 January & Easter Weekend)
If cancelled prior to 30 days of your arrival date a full refund will be provided.
If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to arrival date 50% of your total booking will be charged.

Smoking

Tuross Beach Cabins & Campsites is a totally non-smoking park.

Loss and Damage

Please take note of the Innkeepers Liability Act, which is on display at Reception and in your room.

Lost and Found

Lost property will be retained for one month. Should you need to trace lost property, please contact Reception.

Housekeeping

The cabins are self- contained, no housekeeping is required. If a guest is staying 10days or longer we will change over the bed linen and towels. We charge a $100.00 pre-authorisation on the guest’s credit card (cleaning bond) to ensure the cabin is left in a reasonable state.

Electric BBQ’s are available for use at the park.

Entertainment

Books available at reception- swap or purchase for $4.

DVD’s also available at reception- free with a $20 cash refundable deposit.

Outdoor Areas and Pools

All of our rooms face into a central courtyard where our sparkling outdoor pool is located. It is surrounded by a security fence and child-proof gates for your family’s protection. The pool closes at 9.00 pm every night, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep for all. Timber decks surround the entire pool area with ample seating areas designed to soak up the summer sun and make it easy for you to keep a watchful eye on the children.

The first floor provides a timber decked courtyard for relaxing; our sparkling outdoor pool completes the picture for a truly private and peaceful stay.
