From September to November, whales are visible from two vantage points in Tuross Head: Plantation Point and One Tree Point. Sometimes coming as close as 150 metres from the shore, start your day by waking up to the sight of these majestic creatures.


Held annually in March, The Tuross Head Flathead and Bream Tournament attracts over 200 competitors each year. With great prizes, this is the perfect event for any fishing enthusiast.


Held annually in November, Congo Crafts showcases a variety of functional and decorative ceramics and paintings that are available for purchase. Just a 15-minute drive from Tuross Beach Cabins & Campsites, Congo Crafts Gallery is open all year round.


Eurobodalla Agricultural Show is the perfect place for a family day out! Held annually in January at the Moruya Showgrounds, the Eurobodalla Agricultural Show features wood chopping, horse ring events, arts and craft stalls, local food and produce, and a fireworks display.


Twice awarded as the most outstanding farmers market by Delicious Magazine, SAGE Farmers Market is the perfect place to spend a Tuesday afternoon. SAGE Farmers Market features vendors selling fresh locally grown and harvested produce that follow ethical farming principles.


In December each year, the Christmas Cup is held at the picturesque Moruya Racecourse. With a full bar and food available, dress up or dress down for a relaxing afternoon with the locals and maybe have a punt and hopefully pick a winner.
